Who we are

HVACServicess ("we") operates https://hvacservicess.com, a referral service that connects callers in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas metro with independent local HVAC technicians. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform HVAC work.

Information we collect

When you request service, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email (if given), ZIP code, the service you need, timing, and any notes. We also collect technical metadata (pages visited, device type, and marketing attribution such as UTM parameters or click IDs) to measure which outreach brings us callers.

How we share it

Lead sharing: when you submit a service request and give consent, we share your name, phone number, ZIP code, and job details with up to three independent HVAC technicians in our network so they can contact you about your request. Those HVAC technicians handle your information under their own policies once received.

Call tracking: calls to numbers displayed on this site may be routed through call-tracking numbers so we can connect you to the right HVAC technician and measure call volume. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request information by contacting us. If you no longer want calls or texts from an HVAC technician we connected you with, tell that HVAC technician directly — or tell us and we'll pass the message on.

Security

Lead data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Server logs contain metadata only, never the contents of your request.
