Terms of Service

The service

HVACServicess is a referral service, not an HVAC contractor. Independent HVAC companies in our network answer your call and perform all work. By requesting service you agree we may share your contact details with up to three HVAC companies so they can reach you about your request.

What we don't do

We don't perform HVAC work, employ HVAC technicians, hold an HVAC contractor's license, or guarantee any HVAC technician's availability, pricing, or workmanship. Your contract for work is with the HVAC technician directly.

Your consent

By submitting a service request, you agree that HVACServicess and up to three HVAC technicians in its network may call or text you at the number you provided about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Emergencies

If you have an HVAC emergency — a gas smell, a sounding CO alarm, or no cooling in extreme heat — call immediately rather than relying on a web form. Nothing on this site is a substitute for calling for help.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HVACServicess isn't liable for the acts or omissions of independent HVAC technicians, or for delays in connecting you with one.
